How to open a new ticket Print

To contact technical support via Client Area:

  1. Log in to My.Prootzos.com.
  2. Go to Support → Open New Ticket.
  3. Select Support Department (e.g., Technical, Sales, Billing).
  4. Fill in:
    • Subject
    • Problem description
    • Select relevant service (if applicable)
    • Add attachments (logs, screenshots, etc.) if necessary.
    • Click Submit.

The ticket is registered immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.
