To contact technical support via Client Area:
- Log in to My.Prootzos.com.
- Go to Support → Open New Ticket.
- Select Support Department (e.g., Technical, Sales, Billing).
- Fill in:
- Subject
- Problem description
- Select relevant service (if applicable)
- Add attachments (logs, screenshots, etc.) if necessary.
- Click Submit.
The ticket is registered immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.
