You can set specific rights for each sub-account:

Common options:

  • View & Pay Invoices – View/pay invoices
  • View & Manage Services – Access services
  • Open/Reply to Tickets – Technical support
  • View Emails – View notifications
  • Place New Orders – Register new services
  • Manage Contacts – Manage contacts

Enable only those that are necessary for the partner/user.
