How do I create a sub-account?

  1. Go to Profile → Contacts/Sub-Accounts.
  2. Select Add New Contact.
  3. Fill in the contact details:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Address (optional)
  4. Check the Activate Sub-Account checkbox.
  5. Set:
    • username (the email)
    • password
    • access rights
    • which notifications they will receive
  6. Click Save.

The sub-account can now log in to Client Area, independently of you.
