Follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Log into the Controller
Open your browser and navigate to the Controller login page. Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Email Section
Select Email → Mailbox from the left menu. This page displays all existing mailboxes.
Step 3: Add a New Mailbox
Click Add Mailbox. A creation form will appear.
Step 4: Fill in the Required Fields
- Email Address: Full email address (e.g., user@domain.tld)
- Password: Choose a strong password
- Name / Display Name: Display name of the user
- Quota: Storage limit for the mailbox
- Server: Select the appropriate server
- Active: Ensure the mailbox is enabled
Step 5: Save
Click Save. The mailbox is created instantly and can be used in any email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile devices.

- Always use a strong password.
- Ensure the domain has valid MX records.
