Creating FTP accounts Print

To create an FTP account:

1. Go to Sites → FTP Accounts → Add new.
2. Domain: select website
3. Username / Password
4. Home Directory (usually /web/)
5. Save

Tips:

• Use a strong password
• Do not give the same FTP to multiple users
• For SFTP access: SSH Access is required (if allowed)
